in 48 hours or less from the date of shipment.
If not, we will replace them or issue a store
credit at your option.
Except for shipper mishaps, random government
inspections, unforeseen acts of nature, or
shipping to rural areas, your order will be
delivered in 48 hours or less from the shipping
date (excluding weekends and holidays) and in
excellent condition, anywhere within the 50
United States. However, if you choose a
delivery date that requires the shipper to hold
your order over a weekend this guarantee is
void. We will ship over a weekend to satisfy
the delivery date requested during Checkout.

If you find problems with your order you must
notify us within 24 hours of the initial
delivery attempt, delivered or not. Our 24 hour
notice policy usually gives us ample time to
reship your order to your satisfaction. Failure
to contact us within 24 hours will void our
guarantee. Contact us by phone, e-mail or fax
with your invoice or packing list and a
description of the problem. Be sure to include
your order number, telephone number and e-mail
address. Our guarantee information and contact
information is contained in each shipment. If
reshipping your order is inadequate for your
needs we will issue you a store credit at your
option. Shipping charges are not refundable
unless the shipper acknowledges a fault.
Flowers are perishable and should be accepted
and unpacked at the time of initial delivery.
You are responsible for ensuring someone is
available for receipt of your order, regardless
of any request otherwise. All orders will be sent with instuctions that no signature is required for delivery, regardless of any request otherwise. Delivery times are not guaranteed,
regardless of any request otherwise.
Airline security issues, delivery equipment
failure, random agricultural inspections and
extreme weather conditions are the cause for
various unpredictable delays that may occur.
Our guarantee is void if the cause of a delay
in your flower shipment is beyond our control

Because of the seasonal nature of
flowers, we reserve the right to
substitute with items of equal or greater
value. If you do not wish items to be
substituted to fulfill your order, please state
your requirements in the Comments section on
the check out form. During peak demand times,
if orders are not able to be filled we will
notify you of any problems as soon as
possible.
Failure to abide by the terms above will void
our guarantee. No refunds o r replacements will
be offered after our guarantee is void.
